Ibericosydney was born from a deep connection to Spanish food culture and a family tradition that began in 1965 in Galicia, Spain.

Growing up surrounded by spanish traditional products, food was never just about eating — it was about sharing, gathering, conversation and atmosphere. Quality cured meats, simple plates, good wine and beer, and the joy of coming together around the table.

That spirit is what we bring to Australia.

Alongside our online store, we offer live jamón carving and catering services for weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.
