Professional carving station
A complete set-up — jamonero, blades, presentation boards and styling — arranged to suit your space.
A master carver, a whole leg of Spanish ham on its jamonero, and the unhurried theatre of carving it to order — right in the middle of your event.
A complete set-up — jamonero, blades, presentation boards and styling — arranged to suit your space.
Our carver engages the room: explaining the ham, the cure and the craft as they slice.
Whole leg displayed and carved the authentic way — never pre-sliced, never hidden away.
Whisper-thin slices plated and offered to guests at the moment of perfection.

The craft
Carving jamón is a skill, not a chore. Each slice is cut paper-thin to release the aroma and let the fat melt on the tongue. Our carver works the whole leg with precision and a story to match.

The service
Our team arrives in uniform, sets the stage and serves with genuine hospitality. The station looks the part in a black-tie ballroom or a harbourside terrace alike — and it becomes the social heart of the room.
Timeless. Not trendy. Quality.

Our Packages
Every event is different, so most are tailored to your guest count, venue and style. Below is a starting point — we'll shape the right package with you.
The classic mountain ham — a crowd favourite that carries beautifully across a big guest list.
Our signature — premium Bellota Ibérico, acorn-fed and slow-cured, with a luxury presentation.
Build a full Spanish grazing experience around the carving station.
Most events require a custom quote — tell us what you're planning and we'll tailor it.
Good to know
As a guide, a whole leg comfortably serves around 80–150 guests as part of a canapé or grazing spread, depending on portion style and what else is on offer. For larger events we bring multiple legs. We'll advise exactly once we know your numbers.
A typical station needs roughly a 2m × 2m area with access to a standard table or our own. We can adapt to tighter spaces and outdoor settings.
Service length is tailored to your run-sheet — commonly 2–4 hours of active carving. We arrive early to set up and stay to pack down.
Send us your date and details for availability and a tailored proposal.
