Our Story · Est. 2021

A maestro, a leg of jamón, and a room that gathers round

Iberico Sydney was founded on a simple belief: the best Spanish ham deserves to be experienced, not just eaten. So we built our service around the ritual itself — a whole leg presented on its jamonero and carved live, the way it's done across Spain.

We work only with traditionally cured Iberian ham, hand-selected and Product of Spain. From acorn-fed Bellota Ibérico to classic Serrano, every leg is chosen for quality and carved by hand to order.
